DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Orders will typically ship within 1 to 7 business days. Packages are typically sent via USPS First Class Mail and usually arrive between 2-5 business days depending on the state. 

It is the responsibility of the customer to correctly enter shipping information at checkout. Lilly Baik is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address.

Please note that damage sustained during the shipment process is not an acceptable reason for requesting a refund. lillybaik.com is not responsible for lost or damaged packages after shipping. Please contact your local post office in case of this event.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

I currently ship worldwide. Orders will typically ship within 1 to 7 business days. Packages are sent via USPS International and usually arrive between 7-21 days according to the USPS website. Lilly Baik will not be held responsible for delays in package arrival due to USPS mishandling, holidays, weather, etc.

Customs and duty fees are not included and it is the customer's responsibility to pay them upon receipt. I am not responsible for duty fees by country; please contact your local customs office for this information. Shipping costs for customers that reject their packages upon arrival for failure to pay duty fees will not be refunded.

RETURNS

Due to the one-of-a-kind, handmade nature of these art pieces, refunds and returns are typically not accepted. Please be sure to carefully read and understand the product description of each item you plan to purchase.

If the product received unexpectedly varies excessively from its listed product description, please fill out the email form under the Contact link as soon as possible so we will be able to sort out the issue. Discrepancies are up to the assessment of the site owner.

In the case of a return, the product must be received in its original condition before a refund will be issued. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Please note that perceived slight color differences are not acceptable reasons for requesting returns, due to differences in monitor and mobile settings.
